AI agents do not eliminate reckless engineering. They amplify it. What was difficult is now trivial, and trivial is being misnamed as simple. Code was never the hard part. Discipline was. Judgment was. Ease is not simplicity. Difficulty is not complexity. Confuse the axes, and negligence gets to call itself progress.
